Imlunestrant with or without abemaciclib in advanced breast cancer: Safety analyses from the EMBER-3 trial

A safety analysis of the phase 3 EMBER-3 trial showed that both of the imlunestrant-containing regimens demonstrated generally favorable and manageable safety profiles, with mostly early-onset, low-grade, and reversible treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs). Such TEAEs led to few treatment discontinuations and were generally manageable with supportive care and dose adjustments.
