Standardized FDG-PET interpretation during CAR T-cell therapy in R/R DLBCL: A DESCAR-T study

Using data from 212 patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who were treated with anti-CD19 CAR-T cells, researchers found that baseline total metabolic tumor volume (TMTV) and metabolic response as well as residual TMTV on follow-up fluorodeoxyglucose PET/CT may have prognostic value in this patient population.
