Long-Term follow-up of CD19 CAR-T for R/R B-NHL: Ki-67 as a prognostic factor for sustained remission

In a retrospective analysis of 79 patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (R/R B-NHL) treated with CD19 CAR T-cell therapy, researchers evaluated efficacy, long-term survival, and prognostic factors. They found that CD19 CAR T-cell therapy produced durable remissions, while high Ki-67 was associated with poorer outcomes and limited CAR T-cell expansion. CAR T-cell persistence did not affect long-term prognosis in this patient population.
