Impact of blinatumomab and inotuzumab exposure on apheresis composition for CAR T in patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
Last Updated: Friday, July 17, 2026
Researchers analyzed the apheresis composition of 113 pediatric and young adult patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies enrolled in 3 CAR T-cell trials. They compared patients who had or had not received blinatumomab or inotuzumab before cell collection and found that prior blinatumomab exposure was not associated with differences in apheresis composition, whereas prior inotuzumab exposure was associated with lower CD4 ratios.
