A diagnostic classifier for pediatric chronic graft-versus-host disease: results of the ABLE / PBMTC 1202 study

The Applied Biomarkers of Late Effects of Childhood Cancer (ABLE) study found that combining cellular and plasma biomarkers with clinical features into a diagnostic classifier for pediatric chronic GvHD achieves a high area under the curve AUC of 0.89. This could help clinicians differentiate whether clinical manifestations are due to chronic GvHD or not.
