Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common histological type of RCC, requiring an aggressive clinical course due to its propensity to metastasize. This case of clear cell renal carcinoma metastasis to the pancreas and liver was diagnosed 23 years after nephrectomy during the investigation of portal hypertension findings.
