Risk Prediction Models for cardiotoxicity of chemotherapy among patient with breast cancer

This systematic review identifies studies and outcome prediction models for cardiotoxicity in different populations of patients with breast cancer. Most prognostic models report good to excellent discrimination but fail to address bias due to methodological weaknesses, especially for sample size, lack of overfitting consideration, handling of missing data, and insufficient model performance assessment.
