Current therapeutic strategies for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer: From pharmacists’ perspective

While new chemotherapy drugs, targeted drugs, and immunotherapy drugs are promising for the treatment of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC), the optimization and management of the clinical application of these new options is not fully understood. This review summarizes traditional treatment strategies and the efficacy and safety of novel agents and combination regimens to provide strategies for the clinical management of mTNBC from the pharmacists’ perspective.
