Pericardial effusion as a purported manifestation of graft versus host disease following allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation

A retrospective analysis reviews patients who developed large pericardial effusion after alloHCT and the incidence of GVHD to further analyze. Those with a large pericardial effusion had a median overall survival of 32.9 months compared to 50.9 months in those who did not.
