Long-term clinical outcomes and predictive factors in patients with chronic ocular graft-versus-host disease

A retrospective cohort study of 94 patients investigating outcomes and predictive factors associated with poor vision in patients with ocular GvHD found that myelodysplastic syndrome, lung GvHD, and no history of systemic calcineurin inhibitors are associated with severe ocular GvHD.
