Late Effects of Severe Acute Graft-versus-Host Disease on Quality of Life, Medical Comorbidities, and Survival

An analysis found that survivors of grade III-IV acute GvHD have higher rates of late comorbidities compared to those with grade 0-I acute GvHD. In addition, patients with severe acute GvHD who survived for at least one year had a five-year survival rate of 78%.
