Associations among physical activity, skeletal related events, and patient reported outcomes in patients with bone metastases

According to data from a study of 58 patients with bone metastases from breast or prostate cancer, higher levels of moderate-to-vigorous intensity activity were associated with lower pain scores, increased perceived physical function, lower functional interference scores, and better quality of life, demonstrating the benefit of physical activity among this patient population.
