Primary myelofibrosis involving lymph nodes with the same mutational profile in bone marrow

A case study of a 56-year-old woman with primary myelofibrosis with TET2, MPL, and SRSF2 mutations in the bone marrow. The researchers found that features of the patient’s involved lymph nodes resembled those of the bone marrow, and next-generation sequencing of a lymph node revealed a similar mutational profile as in the bone marrow.
