Efficacy of momelotinib in myelofibrosis patients: Results from a multicenter study

In a multicenter Italian study of 39 real-world patients with myelofibrosis, momelotinib demonstrated meaningful clinical efficacy and a manageable safety profile. The study showed improvements in anemia, constitutional symptoms, and spleen volume, supporting momelotinib as an appropriate treatment option for patients with myelofibrosis, even in those who have been previously treated. These data further support the effectiveness of momelotinib in the real-world setting.
