Clinical and molecular insights of arterial and venous thrombosis in myeloproliferative diseases-case-based narrative review

A narrative review offering clinical and genetic insights into thrombosis associated with myeloproliferative neoplasms, framed around a case involving multiple thrombi managed primarily with medical therapy, except for popliteal artery thromboses that required surgical intervention. The authors suggest that this case may serve as a useful reference for selecting treatment strategies for aortic and portal vein thrombosis and underscores the importance of a multidisciplinary approach.
