A case report describing myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN)–associated glomerulopathy without proteinuria in a 64-year-old woman with JAK2-mutated essential thrombocytosis receiving anagrelide therapy. The authors note that additional investigation is needed to clarify whether factors such as MPN subtype, mutation profile, and treatment regimen may influence susceptibility to MPN-related glomerulopathy.
