Teclistamab in multiple myeloma with one to three previous lines of therapy
Last Updated: Wednesday, August 19, 2026
This study compared teclistamab to standard therapies (PVd or Kd) in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma after 1 to 3 previous lines of treatment. Teclistamab significantly improved progression-free and overall survival, achieving a 65.9% complete response rate. However, grade 3 or 4 infections and cytokine release syndrome were notably more frequent with teclistamab.
