Review of whole-body magnetic resonance imaging in multiple myeloma

Multiple myeloma affects bone marrow, most often in elderly men. This review provides an overview of the role of whole-body MRI, which has high sensitivity and specificity in evaluating bone marrow involvement in myeloma. It also looks at the main imaging findings of whole-body MRI.
