Off-the-shelf CAR T-cell therapy produces deep, durable responses in heavily pretreated multiple myeloma

The allogeneic CAR T-cell therapy CB-011 showed deep, durable responses in heavily pretreated multiple myeloma patients during the Phase I CaMMouflage trial. This "off-the-shelf" product uses immune cloaking to prevent rejection and eliminates manufacturing delays associated with autologous therapies. Results demonstrated a 92% overall response rate at the recommended dose with rapid immune recovery.
