Bispecific antibodies in refractory multiple myeloma: Basics and unanswered questions

Bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) are designed to bind an immune target, such as a T cell, and a target on the plasma cell to create an immunologic bond leading to plasma cell destruction. This article reviews two BsAbs, appropriate strategies to mitigate related toxicities, and the optimal sequencing of the BsAbs.
