How myeloproliferative neoplasms patients’ experience and expectations differ from physicians’: the international MPN Landmark survey

According to data from the Landmark Health Survey of Korean MPN patients and their physicians, physicians gave higher scores for the impact of the disease on patients' daily and social life compared to patients themselves. Further, symptom improvement was the most important treatment goal reported by patients, while physicians cited better quality of life. In terms of overall treatment and management of MPN and communications, both patients and physicians reported being satisfied.
