Incidence and resolution of eribulin-induced peripheral neuropathy (IRENE) in locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer: Prospective cohort study

Peripheral neuropathy (PN) is a common side effect of chemotherapies for breast cancer and other tumors. This ongoing observational, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, cohort safety study looked at the incidence of PN in patients with breast cancer treated with eribulin. The findings in this real-world study were consistent with those observed in phase III randomized clinical trials.
