Regorafenib-induced hand-foot skin reaction in an adolescent

In this case report, an adolescent with metastatic osteosarcoma developed severe, grade 3 regorafenib-induced hand-foot skin reaction (HFSR). This HFSR limited her ability to ambulate. The case demonstrates management involving supportive measures and temporary discontinuation of regorafenib, highlighting the absence of standard pediatric guidelines.
