Multiple small bowel GIST as GI manifestation of neurofibromatosis type I: A case report

In this case report, a 58-year-old woman with neurofibromatosis type 1 and multiple café-au-lait patches presented with dyspepsia. Imaging revealed multiple small bowel masses, and surgery confirmed Grade I GIST. Surgical resection was both diagnostic and therapeutic.
