Gastrointestinal stromal tumor with small cell carcinoma infiltration: A case report

GISTs usually occur in the gastrointestinal tract; however, in rare cases small cell carcinoma infiltrated the GIST of a patient. After presenting with chest tightness, shortness of breath, and a dry cough, a lesion was discovered in the patient’s pelvic cavity.
