Patient perspectives on health-related quality of life in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma treated with Car T-cell therapy: A qualitative study

According to data collected from focus groups of patients with DLBCL, patients report increased impairment in every domain—social functioning, emotional functioning, fatigue, physical functioning, cognitive functioning, role functioning, sleep, and pain/discomfort—during or immediately after CAR T-cell therapy, compared to before therapy. They also reported that impairment improved for each domain, except pain/discomfort, 6 months after therapy.
