Large B cell lymphoma microenvironment archetype profiles

Using single-nucleus multimode sequencing, researchers analyzed DLBCL tumor cells and identified three lymphoma microenvironment archetype profiles. After applying the data to the ZUMA-7 clinical trial, which compared CAR-T cell therapy to standard chemotherapy, they further discovered that patients with one of these three profiles are those most likely to benefit from CAR T-cell therapy.
