Repeated COVID-19 vaccination to maximum antibody response yields very low mortality and hospitalisation rates in patients with CLL and MBL

            Patients with CLL tend to have an impaired immune response to vaccination, with slower and lower anti-spike protein antibody levels in response to immunizations. However, decreased mortality and hospitalization rates may be associated with additional COVID-19 vaccine doses which can boost detectable anti-spike protein levels (≥ 5,000 AU/mL).
