Safety and efficacy of CAR T-cell therapy in central nervous system lymphoma: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Researchers performed a meta-analysis of 38 studies evaluating outcomes in patients with primary and secondary central nervous system lymphoma who were treated with CAR T-cell therapy. They found robust response rates in this patient population and that efficacy was comparable between patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma and those with secondary central nervous system lymphoma.
