Outcomes After Nonresponse and Relapse Post-Tisagenlecleucel in Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults With B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

This retrospective study found poor survival among children and young adults who experienced tisagenlecleucel failure for B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Salvage therapy was shown to induce response after relapse, but a decrease/downregulation in CD19 expression was associated with decreased survival.
