Asiaticoside enhances the antitumor efficacy of MSLN-targeted CAR-T cells in ovarian cancer

Using mouse models, investigators evaluated the use of Asiaticoside as an adjuvant to enhance the efficacy of mesothelin-targeting CAR-T cells in ovarian cancer. They found that Asiaticoside significantly potentiated CAR-T cell cytotoxicity and reduced the expression of exhaustion markers, indicating its potential for further study.
