Approved CAR-T therapies have reproducible efficacy and safety in clinical practice

Researchers compared clinical trial data for six U.S. Food and Drug Administration–approved CAR-T therapies with real-world data that is more representative of diverse populations. They concluded that the real-world data was comparable to the clinical trial outcomes that had led to those therapies’ approval.
