Most children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) achieve remission, but treatment toxicities remain a significant concern, impacting survival and quality of life. This review examines six major acute toxicities of ALL therapy. It highlights that tailoring therapy and incorporating immunotherapy can mitigate these severe toxicities. These adaptations are expected to improve overall survival and wellness in pediatric ALL patients.
