Last Updated: Wednesday, May 28, 2025

In this case study, granular acute lymphoblastic leukemia is presented as a rare B-ALL subtype characterized by abundant coarse granules in blasts, which can morphologically resemble other conditions. Comprehensive diagnostic workups, including cytochemical and immunophenotypic analyses, are essential to avoid misdiagnosis.
